How do i add shadow "tables" and corners fine like here on web wiz forum.?

This website uses images and tables for the rounded corners and drop shadows. I am personally adopting more CSS3 designs since more browsers are supporting the newer features such as text-shadow and box-shadow. ------------- http://www.iportalx.net" rel="nofollow">
