When users select a username with non-latin characters, they cannot receive a PM *.

If another user follows the link from his profile to send him a PM, the name in the URL becomes URL encoded (eg http://www.domain.com/forum/pm_new_message_form.asp?name=%D3%D4%C1%CF%D3+%C5%CB)

If he tries to send a message, an error message is displayed informing the user that the receipient cannot be found. I haven't tested this with ver 10 of the forum.

* The workaround is to type or copy/paste the username directly on http://www.domain.com/forum/pm_new_message_form.asp?name=NONLATIN. But the link from the user's profile page will not work.

May I suggest using http://www.domain.com/forum/pm_new_message_form.asp?UserID=XXXXX rather than http://www.domain.com/forum/pm_new_message_form.asp?name=%D3%D4%C1%CF%D3+%C5%CB?
