I get this error message when trying to start the chat: Your session has been dropped or expired. Please refresh the page.

I have just registered the Premium Edition, so I have never used the chat feature before.
The chat is enabled in Control Panel, and the appropriate groups are given access.

How do I solve this ?

Forget it.
It turned out to be something about selecting "storing sessions in the database"

Case closed.
