i though it would be cool to have topics that are announcement in that catagory only. i was going to write a mod, but then i had to put it off because the exams are near and i have no time  . so if anyone else would like to make it, i would be very thankful. 
PS. i'm sorry if this has been suggested b4 and i'm reposting an old suggestion |
