How is this supposed to work? I have banned numerous IP addresses from China and they still seem to connect and scan my site. Is this not the intended purpose of IP banning? Could someone please explain how IP banning works in WWF?

IP Banning does not block IP's from accessing the forum. Those with banned IP's are banned from accessing certain features like being able to register, post, send PM's etc. They can still view any forums that allow Guest access.
