Hi

A few members have complained about an issue where they get a message "Access Denied" when they are submitting a new post. Then - if they submit right away again. nothing is wrong...
One of them describe it like this:
******** QUOTE *****************
I just had the problem happen again. I posted a reply at 8:07 pm CET, using the 'quick reply' screen.
I got the message:
http://www.worldhistoria.com/forum_s/quote_.png - Quote
Access Denied
Error
Only members with sufficient permission can access this page.
A security error has occurred with authentication.
Please ensure that all cookies are enabled on your web browser, you are not using a saved or cached copy of the page, and your Firewall/Proxy settings are not hiding or masking your IP address.
I immediately retyped everything (having of course forgotten to save Angry) and reposted and it worked straight away.
******** / QUOTE *****************

Is anyone else experiencing this, what is causing it - and what can be done to remedy the problem?

Thanks

This is a known issue which has been fixed in version 10.02 and above.

have to retype?
use this add-on for firefox: Textarea Cache
This extension will save automatically the content in textarea or WYSIWYG editor when user is typing. User can recover the saved texts in the cache window, even the tab or the window is closed unexpectedly.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/textarea-cache/
this is temporary solution.
