When we to send message on a forum - view 500 error, but message is added on a forum after refrash. In Windows events anything isn't present. In what there can be an error? Where to look?

As the message is posted it sounds like the problem is with your email settings and the forum is failing when it tries top send email notifications.

Try turning off the email notifications in the admin area, if that works you know you need to look at the email settings to fix the issue.
