In home page i can see new forum, but i can't enter... any ideas ?

It sounds like you have URL Rewriting Enabled from the SEO page in the admin area but do not have URL Rewriting supported by your web server.

Turn off the URL Rewriting features in the Search Engine Optimisation page in the admin area.

Remove the URL Rewriting web.config file and make sure that your browser is not chaching the redirect.

Firefox and Chrome have a bad habit of caching redirects so even after the redirect has changed these browser still do the old redirect.
