Hi there

I've been trying to track down details for a client on their licensing. The previous company doesn't appear to have left any details so I need to track them down.

I have tried using the "General Contact Form" however have not had a response to either message as yet.

Client is a charity running v8.04 and believe it's the brand free version and we're looking to upgrade to v10.

All enquires using the "General Contact Form" are replied to. If you have not received a reply then check your spam filters and that you correctly spelt your email address. We have had a few emails bounce back in the last few weeks where people have given incorrect email addresses when contacting us.

We have received an enquiry to http://www.webwiz.net/contact/contact-sales.htm" rel="nofollow - Sales and Accounts regarding an 8.04 forum in the last 30 minutes and believe this is from yourself.

However when we tried to reply the message bounced back with a '550 receipt unknown' for the forumadmin@ email address given for the enquiry. We also received an enquiry from the same email address 13 days ago regarding a password issue with a forum, again this bounced back with a 550 error from the recipients mail server.

Please contact us again with a working email address that we can reply to you on.
