I've visited quite a few wwforums and I keep getting broken pages. Adding an encoding option (euc-kr, utf-8, 666-even-the-devil-can-read-this etc.) would help keep things in order. A lot of us out here don't use English encodings as our defaults.

e.g. Write the correct meta tag for every page.... ouch... what a waste of resources... I'd use an include and write a file to disk for it to save resources. It's a one shot deal really.

Just another 3 cents or so.

There is no encoding set in the forum becuase people are from different countries, so it uses your browsers default.

If poeple do wish to add there own character meta tag then they can simeply add it in the header.asp file.
