Hi there, I need assistance with Newspad, I have imported the contacts, they are all under the newspad subscribers, I have done the news letter.

Now I need to send the newsletter. I have gone to the newspad category and created a category, the subscribers is zero. How do I now add all my subscribers to the category I created?

Can someone please help me with this, I might just be overlooking something ....

When you import the subscribers you need to select which category you want to import them in to.

You are not able to move subscribers in to a category after the import.

Thank you for coming back to me. I now tried to import the csv into the created category, it is not importing anything into it ....... I have devided my files into A,B and so on and those csv I have already imported yesterday, but not under a specific category

Now how do I delete all those subscribers without clicking on each 1 individual, I have tried to delete the unactivated ones, but it deleted nothing, they are all still there

Probably the fastest way would be to edit the database and delete the records from the tblNPMembers table.

tblNPMembers is a table in the database, it's not a file.

You would need to edit the database using a database tool to edit the database table.

If you are not sure how to do this you maybe better starting with a clean install.
