Here is a new error users are getting when trying to post a picture:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0046'

Permission denied

/file_delete.asp, line 151

Any suggestions on fixing this? Running version 10.03 with SQL 2008 on Server 2003.

The line in question is attempting to delete a users uploaded file from their upload folder using the File System Object.

Make sure that the IUSR account that your forums website is running under has read, write, and modify permissions on the forums 'upload' directory.
