I have a fresh install that is working well with the exception of uploading using smartaspupload. When I try to upload, I get the following error even after I confirm that IUSR and IWAM accounts have full access to the folder. Also in IIS, the forum folder tree has write permissions.

Request object error 'ASP 0104 : 80004005'

Operation not Allowed

/forum/functions/functions_upload.asp, line 379

Any assistance would be appreciated.
