I found another thing that bugs me but can't really figure out what's wrong. The last topic list (from main forum page) doesn't work as expected for all topics. When clicking a topic, most of the time the visitor is pointed to the last post which is ok. However, some links do not work correctly since the first post is opened (not the last one). Clicking a link on the Last Posts display will take you to the last unread post in that topic. In our case it doesn't work for all links. For some it does work as you described in other doesn't and i can't figure out the patter of the problem.
