Signed up with your hosting service and transferred my website and forum over the weekend. Much to my surprise my forum SQL database is currently 619MB .... I did not have this visibilty at my previous host. At that size I can't afford the cost of the space.

Forum has been up since 2004 and I really don't like the idea of deleting old posts since there is some useful information there ... Is there any other option to reduce database size ?? Thanks.

Have located your account through the homepage you have listed.

Your forums database has been optimised to improve performance and decrease database size. The database is now 240MB in size bringing it well below the size limit for your hosting package.

If you have any more issues, please do not hesitate to open a support ticket from your Client Area account.
