Having trouble logging into admin panel today.This was working and i had already sent a test newsletter. When i attempt a login, it looks like an error. Can i reset admin to default? It uses my webwiz database and i can login to that admin ok.

Passwords are 160bit one way encrypted so can not be recovered.

If you have forgotten the NerwsPad admin login you will need to reset it in the database using the following steps:-

1.Open the database
2. Open the table tblMLAdminLogin
3. Find Admin_ID with the value of 1, this is your admin account
4. Copy and paste the following to the username field:-

administrator

5. Copy and paste the following to the password field:-

A79A236293F3498C76D53055FF67099A6C47A396

Your admin username and password should now be reset to:-

user: administrator
pass: letmein
