For a few minutes, this showed up whether in RTE area for quickreply AND create new topic. Now it is only showing up for a particular post:  http://www.pcblibraries.com/Forum/ipc7x51-padstack-naming-convention-metric-units_topic36.html" rel="nofollow - click here & scroll to bottom
Can someone please help??

that was the weirdest thing. it loads okay now.
no idea what caused it to time out in IE but not FF.

This error would not have anything to do with the browser that you are using.

The error will occur if there is a problem connecting to the forums database.

that's what i thought also, so i kept alternating tests between IE and FF and the results were consistent. FF loaded the page fine, and in IE it bombed out. very very weird. i noticed IE took a little slower to load - could it have timed out in IE perhaps until it reached the bottom of the page? you are running a connection string on the bottom, correct?

It is highly unlikely to be anything to do with the browser being used as the database connection is server side and the users browser has nothing to do with this connection.

I suspect the issue was an intermittent connection issue to the database server during the time it occurred.
