Looks to be an issue with the database server you are using. It could be that it is running slow due to lack of resources.

Are you running the latest version of Web Wiz Forums?

Yes, I'm running WWF 10.03 at SQL 2008 R2.

You should not have these types of errors. I suspect that the issue is due to performance and low resource issues with the database server.
