If you do not also have AspJPEG installed on the server make sure that you have the image resizing in the Upload Settings page in the admin area turned off.

A server test tool in the admin area will tell you what components are installed on the server including if AspJPEG is installed.

Hi Bruce
The instuction you gave were clear but I am not sure where I can find the files.
The site is written in ASP Classic and I get in via FTP but I cannot see the files on the server .
As there is no C Panel I am not sure where the Upload Settings page or the admin area is situated.
Could you explain where I can find them or at least where I should be looking.
Thank you Jacq

You need to go to your Web Wiz Forums installation in a web browser and then login as the forum admin.

Once you login as the forum admin an 'Admin' link will display at the top of your forum which will take you to the online admin area.
