Hi,

What are the legal implications?, say that the domain name Joeblogs.com is taken and Joeblogs.co.uk is not. What are the legal implications if I bought Joeblogs.co.uk and re-directed the domain to a site I own?. Obviously i'm not talking about Joe Blogs.

It would depend on the domain name, for example it could be a registered trademark, but giving that you need to ask suggests that what you are wishing to do is not entirely above board and you should consult with a solicitor that deals in intellectual property.
