Sounds like you have enabled URL Rewriting from the SEO page in the admin area.

You need to disable the URL Rewriting from the SEO page in the admin area.

Web Wiz Forums is very stable. The only issue you had with your original install is you enabled support for URL Rewriting in the SEO page in the admin area when GoDaddy does not support this.

URL Rewriting for servers that support it allow the pages to be rewritten as .html pages for improved search engine ranking. If you enable this on a server that does not support it then you will get 404 pages as the web server can not rewrite the page URL's as .html pages.

If you have reinstalled the forum and can not login it maybe that due to your browser caching an old cookie. Try clearing out your cookie cache.
