Currently, on my site I display the top 50 topics of the forum. I do this in code by obtaining the Forum ID and Topic name. However, some of the URL that are created this way does not show because of formatting reasons, such as a question mark or comma in the topic. There's not a way to obtain the already formatted urls since thsi is done within code of the forum, correct?

Not quite sure what it is that you are doing but sounds like you are trying to display the Topic Subjects as links and some characters like questions marks are not displaying correctly.

Have you tried HTML encoding the Topic Subjects?
