The forum’s layout is controlled by a CSS, so within certain limits you can change the appearance. At the risk of being accused of self promotion, try http://forums.iansmithcse.co.uk I have made an extension to my forum so you can call it with http://forums.iansmithcse.co.uk/?SkinId=0 http://forums.iansmithcse.co.uk/?SkinId=1 http://forums.iansmithcse.co.uk/?SkinId=2 and get different skins. However I am not a graphic artist, so the fact that colour schemes may by awful is not relevant to the principle! There is a Webwiz user Scotty32 that has a web site with some forum extensions as well. Good evening, No, no and no, and just to be sure no, if you just want one
skin then it is very easy. Once you get a forum you will find a folder called … WebWiz\css_styles\default
which has three files, one for users on a desktop, (default_style.css), one for
mobile users (mobile_default_style.css) and one you will never touch (printer_style.css) If you are new to style sheets then http://www.w3schools.com/ will explain style sheets. If it would help I can send you the style sheets that I use, but I can't attach them to a post. You can then open them in an editor and see how small changes make the difference.
