Hi folks,
This is some strange issue I am facing. I have created a news letter template and uploaded under News Pad. When I send the Preview email to my or any other email account it does not show first product image, where as the same image is visible in Editor while sending a preview email.

I am checked the links and rest of the source, but there is no such problem in code. Image is also visible in HTML or on website page so there is no chance where I can say image is corrupted.

This is getting critical for me trace the problem. Does anybody or faced such issue? What could be the solution for this?

Make sure that you are including the full path to the image along with the domain name and not a local link image within the website.

For example it should be:-

http://www.example.com/newspad/uploads/image.jpg

and not:-

/uploads/image.jpg

You may need to toggle to HTML view to check the path to your image, but if it is using a local image like in the second example it would not be able to display in the email client when the email is sent.

Hi bruce,

I am already using full link as mentioned in your response. Yes, but images are not located under

/newspad/uploads/ directory.

Images are under different directory.
