I've banned a number of IP ranges, yet I am still getting registration confirmation requests to my admin email from those IP ranges. Running V9.08 - is this a bug fixed in a later version?

Version 9.08 is going back about 5 or 6 years, but I do recall there was some issues with the IP Blocking that were fixed in later versions.

OK, updated to latest version. Hopefully the IP blocking now works. After all, we can't be that popular in China! I did run into the issue where one has to delete the web.config file.
