Good morning,

Despite having had an account here for a couple of years, I only recently noticed that the Receipts that you get when renewing your hosting package, don’t show the period that the payment covers.

“Standard Multi-Site Web Hosting Package <account name> 3 Month Renewal”

Whilst it’s hardly a great issue as I know what period they cover, any third party accountant/book keeper probably won’t. Inferring the period for the payment date is a bit iffy as payments are often early or late.

Any chance of a change to something like;

“Standard Multi-Site Web Hosting Package <account name> 3 Month Renewal (Feb 21 2013 – Apr 21 2013)”

Thank-you for your suggestion.

This will be considered to see if it is possible for our developers to update our inhouse billing system to include this information on receipts.

Renewal receipts for hosting services and domains names will now include the renewal period on receipts.
