Am I missing something easy here?

I can forward an email account to my gmail account, my wifes gmail account and even my info@s93ncer.co.uk hosted here but I always get an error when I try to forward it to an aol.com email address

Am I missing something?

You are not able to forwarded to an AOL email address as AOL would blacklist our mail servers if we allowed you to forwarded email to their customers mailboxes.

You are able to forward to any other mailboxes, just not those on AOL due to the way they run their mail systems.

Just to elaborate, you are able to send emails to AOL mailboxes, just not setup a forwarder to automatically forward email to AOL mailboxes.
