How would I go about sending mail thru a form based on a dropdown selection of recepient? (asp/jmail)

Anyone?

If its for a mod, create the drop down menu select box with the value of each option being authors id though an SQL loop in the persons address book in forum, then send the mail form, check borgs mail script for how to send mail with jmail

actually it's not for a mod - it's just ye plain ol' mail form for a standard asp page

Oh just have a select box with perhaps the values being email address or something
