I know there are header and footer files inside include folder.  It is confusing how to edit them.
I am not looking for custom header and footer.

I wish to set it up similar to this site.  Inside a table, centered, inside my own design.

like this:
--------------------------------------------
                     header
-------------------------------------------
-----------------table start--------------

               forum here

----------------table end --------------
                       footer
------------------------------------------

never mind, figured it out, took a lot of searching, settings are inside forum skin configuration, you can do your own header and footer, good luck.

In my opinion, although I really do like most of the other changes that have come over the last couple of years, the inclusion of those areas in the configuration part of the database was among the best features or upgrades added.
I can't even remember how many times we've made upgrades and I had to go into the ASP files and put back all the customizations we'd added over time. This was brilliant and a big time-saver for me.
I now feel even more comfortable with keeping up with current releases.
I now have one less excuse for putting upgrades off until later.
This also allows swift and simple integration into existing web sites that wish to add this forum. Keep your look and feel even through upgrades.
