My users would like to see a topic type called "Review". Like a "Poll", the topic creator would fill-out some features that people could review by clicking on 0-5 stars and leave an optional short comment. If the topic title was the name of a restaurant, the topic may look something like this:

Subject: Bob's Soup 'n Croutons

Item1: Service (pick 1-5 stars)

Item2: Food Quality (pick 1-5 stars)

Item3: Ambiance (pick 1-5 stars)

Comments: blabla bla blah

At the top of the topic, there would be a summary average for each item in the review - just like the "Poll".
Each post could have an average number of stars calculated.
Users can only reply ONCE in each topic, but can edit their posts as-per forum settings.
As an administrator, I'd like to limit certain forums and subforums to have ONLY reviews.
The number of items should be flexible (up to 15 or so items).
