I recently heard about a website where someone obtained IT help in developing a new idea for profit share of an emerging company. Would anyone know of it please?

I have no IT skills but myself and my partner have come up with a unique idea for a social media website which could also migrate to smart phones/tablets etc but we only have a small budget and wonder how we can find someone willing to get us up and running.

Any suggestions?

okay, since you have posted here, an honest opinion from my end. There are a millions of ideas floating about social media. But, only few see the light. It's because of a lot of things, but very very few people are able to do it. Talk about your ideas to people and see what they react. Always share your ideas and remember that no one can steal anyone's idea. Only execution matters!
