Hi,

I have installed the Web Wiz Forums (Brand Free) version.

Would you please advise whether the administrator can upload a file which can only be viewed by a particular member?

If not, could you recommend someone who can customise the software?

This is not possible to do with ASP and standard ASP components.

The only thing you can do is setup a forum that only specific members can access to post your uploaded files. However, even then if someone knows the direct link to the download file they would still be able to download the file as you can not manipulate server permissions within IIS to allow access to files for forum members.
