As i Testing This Forum, i wonder when i go to my profile I can easily change my password. i know this forum has a 160bit of encryption but is there any way to protect the user of this forum from a outside forces like [hacker, cracker etc.] . were where the user re-type their password before changing it.

To change your password you have to login using your username and password, so it is really already done.
