Will WWF run off SQL Server CE?

I'm looking for a solution that offers the self-contaiment of Access for ease of deployment, yet has the robustness to support the forum in a production environment.

Thanks-

EDIT:

When doing a new installation, I don't see SQL Server 2012 as one of the options. I assume I should select 2008 as the db when deploying to a 2012 db server?

Web Wiz Forums has not been tested with SQL Server CE, but there is no reason why it would not.

You would select SQL Server 2005 to 2008 when using SQL Server 2012.

Thanks for the reply.

SQL Server CE doesn't support views or stored procedures.... does that affect WWF?

Thanks for the clarification on SQL Server 2012.

There are no views or stored procedures used in Web Wiz Forums, so should be fine running under SQL Server CE.

Thanks for the reply.

On a new WebWezForum install, there are the selections for Access, MySQL, SQL Server 2000, and SQL Server 2005/2008.

SQL Server CE is file based and is not a server, so there doesn't seem to be an automated way to do a new install, since both the SQL options require server info. The connection string would also have to be manually modified.

Just not something I'm ready to put the time into figuring out.

Thanks again
