My provider has changed the server and now I have this problem when writing. Why can it be? I can not write and I can not register new users. Other data such as private messages work well. Can it be that the now lost some folder permissions?

This could be an issue with your database.

If you have paid support please create a support ticket in your Client Area account in order that the database be checked for errors.

Sorry just read this again and you say that you moved server.

This is not a permissions issue and I suspect that the issue is caused by the way the SQL Server Database was moved to a new server.

Import and Export Tools often drop much of the database schema required for the database to function and if not moved correctly will give error like you have.

In order to move the database and not loose database schema a full database backup of the SQL Server Database needs to be made of the database which can then be restored to the new server.

Your database admin should go back to the old SQL Server Database Server and create a full database backup (.bak file) which they can then use to restore the database to the new server keeping all the original schema intact.
