Password Recovery for mysql database does not work.

It puts the email clicks the button and does not go to the next page or send email with the new password.

Are unable to replicate this issue in the lab.

I see that your location is Brazil. I presume that you have changed the language to Brazilian? If so then the most usual cause of issues like this is errors within the language file blocking the feature from working correctly.
