I was just wondering if the box where you can add your own custom header and footer is just html cold only? I tried to add <% Response.Write Year(now) %> as part of my copyright code.

Here is my code. on my other pages.

Yes, the box in the admin area only accepts static code (eg HTML, JavaScript, etc). You cannot add ASP code to it.
