How do I use a .PNG file as my forum banner with hosted services? I cannot seem to get to any of the folders to place it in the forum image folder. Thanks in advance! |

Thanks for the fast response Bruce, sorry for the late reply, things have been really busy around here. I managed to add my banner, I didn't see the "use custom header" checkbox, it worked once I selected "yes".    Somebody made the banner for me and I uploaded it to Photobucket, from there I copied the HTML code to add the banner. It's not centered and the same person is fixing the code to center it. If he can't provide a fix I will send a support ticket. I want to add a favicon and have the file so I will be sending a support ticket for that for sure, unless there is a way I can add it from my side. I'm waiting to see if the new code works, he will be sending it to me once it's finished. Thanks for the help and I'm very pleased with the hosting, keep up the great work!!! |
