I have a query about DNS configuration that does not seem to be covered by the existing forum posts or the videos.

But on trying to access the customer support portal with the Web Panel credentials I am unable to access it (error Authentication Failed Unknown or Disabled user).

Can anyone advise how I can get access to the support Portal sorted?

You login to the Support Portal using the email address that you signed up with and the password.

If you have forgotten the password you can use the tool below to request a new password:-
