I have an installation that is at release 7.9 and has been running for many years. I would like to migrate it to the latest supported release but need to get my hands on the relevant documentation to understand what the issues are.

Can someone point me at some useful documentation? If there isn't any, can anyone make suggestions of what I will need to do? I am especially concerned about migrating the old postings that are in history.
