There are many 3rd party website where you can learn. But I think the best way to learn is Learning by Yourself. These third party websites can give you an idea about CSS but in order to learn you have to Implement the same in your own website. As suggested by the forum member's w3school and Lynda is a a well known website which has lots of information and also there is so much to learn in these website. So i would like to suggest you while learning you try to implement the same.

If you want learn CSS means w3schools is best practice...otherwise select video tutorials. |

| W3 school is best one with clear explanation and easy to understand. There are more website and app like solo learn. Better you can search in google which is suits for you to understand. |
