I have put a custom header and footer in newspad in the configuration page. It works OK and shows my header and footer but the calendar is at the bottom of the page when it should be at the top. I am using the same header and footer in my forum and thats OK. 
It's been driving me mad as I can't see any errors.
If anyone can help me with this I would be very grateful.
