Sorry your question makes little sense.

Thank you for your reply,
I integrated RTE into a modal window by fancybox app and when I want to change font style, font size, font color, etc. position of downdrop menu goes below with a distance.

It sounds like the app your are integrating it with is causing the javascript that detects the where the drop down is located to be incorrect.
Unfortunately not familiar with the app you are integrating with to know what needs to be changed.

But I think that there is a conflict between css position absolute attributes in the same page that have many css position absolute att.
