New Install, no subscribers?

Hello all, I have had Web Wiz foums installed for few years with about 120 registered users. I was looking for a way to email them so I installed Newspad. I followed the instructions, including:

Database checks show successful.
Forum integration from forum side
Newspad integration from newspad side

If I click the subscribers tab, I do not seen any subscribers. I am thinking that I should see subscribers from the Web Wiz Forum database? I believe the Newspad should be sharing the database from the WW forum?

Currently using the Access version for simplicity but plan to switch soon.

NewsPad can only manage members that have subscribed to NewsPad directly and therefore the subscription page with in newspad will not shows web woz forums members.

When you send an eNewseletter in NewsPad you can select to send it to those web wiz forum members who have subscribed in their Web Wiz Forums profile to Newsletters from your forum.

We are in the same situation. However, web wiz forum members have subscribed for eNewsletters, the option on /forum/admin_newspad_configure.asp is setup for Web Wiz NewsPad Integration and still no subscriptions are displayed.

Also I note a separate comment in this forum about tab in the members control panel for Newspad? Where is it? The only option I can find for eNewsletters is in profile > forum preferences > Newsletter Subscription.

Something is not quite right and I cannot find out what! Please help :)
