How to toggle HTML view?  I can't seem to find it anywhere in the icons?

The RTE editor does not support HTML view and actually strips out some HTML to protect forums against hacking and other malicious activity.

Ic... as my forum is used as a market trading forum (shares, forex, etc.) is it possible to enable HTML or disable RTE editor manually as I need to stream live feed of stock prices in the forum.

Th WYSIWYG Post Editor can be disabled forum wide from the forum admin area.

O no... once it is disabled, it is handled poorly.  There should be a "toggle HTML view" add-on / feature that should be built-in to the forum.

There is not an HTML view in the Post Editor as it is intended for writing posts and HTML is used for text highlighting in the message that is being posted.

If HTML view was enabled then much of the HTML used unless for text highlighting would be stripped by the security filters which removes any HTML that is not related to text highlighting to prevent hacking, malware, Cross site scripting, and other forms of hacking your forum or websites visitors.
