OK, had this figured before the last upgrade, but for the life of me, can't find it now.

I need, when a new member signs up to send the "New Member Activation" to me (Forum Admin) AND to a second email address.

Where do I put the second addy?

Don't want ALL forum email to both addresses, just the notices for new member activations.
