Some users aren't being able to editting their topics and their messages with the latest version of the forum. Could someone help me?

Does the group that these members are in have permissions to edit posts in the forums.

You can edit forums in the admin area to set which groups have edit rights on forums.

There is also an option in the forim admin area under 'Post and Topic Settings' for 'Post Editing Time Frame'. You should also check the time frame set on this as it can be set so that members can only edit their posts for a certain amount of time after they post.
