I need to have an email address showing in my profile to all other registered members. I have set the email to show, but still only moderators and admin can see it, have I missed a step somewhere?

If the Email Messenger is enabled from the admin area then a link will be shown instead to allow the member to fill in a form to email the member rather than displaying their email address.
