Hi, Steve from NPOC here.

We are having issues today, we've gone back to factory, all of our mods and custom settings have completely gone.

Members are getting 'exceeded max login attempt' messages too.

Is this a glitch?

What version of web wiz forums are you using?

There was a bug back in the early version 10 that would mean the default values were not always loaded in from the database.

This bug was fixed in later versions, upgrading to the latest 11.03 version should prevent the issue reoccurring.

We are on 10.03. All looks back to normal now.

I'll leave it to Shaun as to whether to look at an upgrade.
