Hi,

When I use Turkish characters (İ,ı,ü,ş...) can not be found in topic topic page

and "routing loops" error occurs.

How can I solve this problem

Try disabling the URL Rewrite option from the SEO page in the admin area and see if that solves the issue for you.

I disabled "Page Titles in URL" in the SEO page and problem solved.
